Chase Sapphire Reserve Bonus: 100K Points + $500 Credit
The revamped Chase Sapphire Reserve now offers over “$2,700 in annual cardmember value”. The card also has a higher annual fee of $795. With the revamp, Chase also launched a limited time offer for new cardmembers. You can now receive the highest ever signup bonus of 100,000 points and a $500 Chase Travel credit, after spending $5,000 in the first three months. But this offer won’t be around for long as a the Chase website now notes that it is “ending soon” (HT: Anki). Check out the bonus below, plus the full details of the revamped benefits.
Signup Bonus
- Earn 100,000 bonus points plus a $500 Chase Travel promo credit after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. The promotional credit is valid for a one-time use only, if you apply the promotional credit to a transaction less than $500, you will forfeit the remaining balance.

This credit card is unavailable to you if you currently have one open. The new cardmember bonus may not be available to you if you currently have any other personal Sapphire cards open, previously held this card or received a new cardmember bonus for this card. We may also consider the number of cards you have opened and closed, as well as other factors in determining your bonus eligibility. Chase now has an Amex style pop-up that will let you withdraw the application if you are not eligible for the signup bonus.
Annual Fee
- $795 for primary cardholder
- $195 for authorized user cards
Cardmembers who applied prior to June 23, 2025, will experience these new benefits and features starting October 26, 2025. Their annual fee will be adjusted to $795 on their next anniversary date following October 26, 2025.
Earning Rates
The Chase Sapphire Reserve card earns:
- 10x points on eligible Peloton equipment and accessory purchases
- 8x points on all Chase Travel purchases
- 5x points on eligible Lyft rides through 9/30/27
- 4x points on flights and hotels booked direct, replacing 3x points on all travel
- 3x points on all dining purchases worldwide
- 1x point on all other purchases
Ultimate Rewards points can be redeemed for statement credits, but you can get maximum value but transferring them to one of the many travel partners. World of Hyatt is usually one of the favorites.

Cardmembers receive a variety of high-value travel benefits and credits, including:

- Points Boost, the new points redemption accelerator program

- For Chase Travel purchases not eligible for Points Boost Offers, points can be redeemed at a 1:1 rate on Chase Travel, replacing 1.5x on all Chase Travel purchases.
- Points earned prior to October 26, 2025, by Sapphire Reserve cardmembers who applied prior to June 23, 2025, can be redeemed at 1.5x on Chase Travel until October 26, 2027. For points earned prior to October 26, 2025, cardmembers will automatically receive the best offer available, whether it’s Points Boost or 1.5x on Chase Travel, maximizing rewards value for two years.
